Privacy Policy

Whitney Street Studio is just a small business. It's just me here...no employees, no accounting department, nothing, just lonesome me. I don't buy mailing lists, I don't sell mailing lists, and as a matter of fact, I don't even officially have a mailing list. When you buy something from me, I add you to my address book. When I have some news to share with you, like a sale or something, I browse through my address book and notify you that way. Ever wonder why you may not hear from me for months on end? It's because I get bored going through my address book and clicking on each person's email address -- it would be so much easier if I had a mailing list. But I don't. So I don't have a list to sell to those random companies who buy lists. You can rest assured that I will never sell your name or other info to outside sources because in all honesty, I don't keep track of it all myself.

I don't spam mail my buyer's (refer to above statement) because in all honesty, I don't have a mailing list which would make it easy to send spam. The bottom line, your email address and other contact info is safe with me.

Payment & Shipping Policies

We no longer accept Visa, Mastercard, except via Paypal! We do not accept checks except from established repeat buyers. If you prefer to send a check, please inquire with us first as we may make an exception. Otherwise, all checks will be returned to sender. For auctions, if payment is not received within 7 days of auction end negative feedback may result. Beads ship upon receipt of payment.

Let me clarify a thing or two. For those of you who use Paypal, we accept your payment via Paypal regardless of whether it is from your Paypal balance or any of the credit cards Paypal accepts. My shopping cart here on the website will accept your credit card through Paypal.

We ship our website orders via USPS Priority Mail only, unless you specifically request something else. We ship our auction packages both First Class and Priority based on your preference. Buyer pays $2.50 for First Class shipping in padded bubble mailer or pay $5.00 shipping for priority mail USPS (with confirmation tracking). We will combine shipping on multiple purchases within the same week. We prefer to ship Priority Mail, especially if you have purchased several items or items that could be fragile, after all, it is glass you know.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. In the event that you're not satisfied with your purchase I will gladly refund or exchange. Please notify me within seven (7) days of receipt of package.
